01.Acceptance of Protocols
By accessing the EPX Terminal Platform, users agree to abide by the Physical Truth requirements. All shipment data must be captured in real-time at the physical terminal location. Retroactive data entry is strictly prohibited.
02.Chain of Custody
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the Scan-Photo Loop. A shipment is not considered "Accepted" into the network until:
- BOL photo is successfully uploaded.
- Pallet scan matches physical count.
- Geofence attestation is verified.
03.Damage Reporting & Liability
Failure to utilize the reportDamage() function during check-in constitutes acceptance of the cargo in "Good Condition." EPX is not liable for damages discovered after a shipment has been finalized without a damage report.
Note: Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new protocols.
